I called Marie in distress as I thought I would have to sell my home when I got let go from my 20 year job. She came in originally to list my home. When I explained to her my situation having no money and know where to go she said she was going to try to help me save my home. I got another job and after 4 months of Marie coming to my home and dealing with my bank, helping me fill out and submit endless documents to my bank I was able to be granted a loan modification and I can now afford my home. Now we all know realtors work off commission. Marie knew full well if she saved my home she would not be getting a monitory settlement for her services, but yet she did it anyway. I owe everything to Marie. I have never come across a more honest and caring person in the field of real estate, I had 3 other people in and they all wanted to short sale my home. Not one offered what she did. I highly recommend Marie for any situation you are in, you will never find a better realtor than her. Thank you so much Marie I will never be able to repay you for what you have done for me.
